Server monitoring agents

This cluster consists of lightweight background agents that collect system performance, availability, and telemetry data from servers, hosts, and applications, and forward it to central monitoring dashboards or services such as Panopta, Bitrix24, or custom backends. The dated history is sporadic, with a single entry in most years and a gap from 2021 to early 2026, when a few more entries appear.
